Applications
DB-235 Suitable for wood paint, etc. It has uniform particles, easy dispersion, good transparency, and good effect of preventing fingerprints and fingerprint residues. When it is used in matt 2K PU wood paint with silica matting powder, the paint can have a soft feel, lasting matt effect and good scratch resistance. It also has synergistic anti-settling effect to prevent the precipitation of silica matting powder. When used with silica, the ratio of polyethylene wax micropowder to matting powder is generally about 1: 1-1: 4
It has excellent wear resistance and smoothness, and can be used for powder coatings to play the roles of extinction, slip enhancement, hardness enhancement, scratch resistance and friction resistance.
Good hardness, high melting point, can play a good role in scratch resistance and anti-adhesion in different systems.

Dosage
In different systems, the addition amount of wax micropowder is generally in between 0.5 and 3%.
Usually it can be directly dispersed in solvent-based coatings and inks by high-speed stirring.
Through a variety of grinding machines and high-shear dispersing device is added, use the mill to grind, and should pay attention to the temperature control.
Can make wax pulp with the wax at 20-30%, add it into the systems when needed, by which the wax dispersing time can be saved.
