Introduction 

DP–5701 is a hypermolecular super-dispersant containing several pigment affinity groups. It has excellent dispersing effect on organic pigments, carbon black and inorganic pigments, and it has excellent viscosity reducing effect, the prepared color paste has good storage stability. It can be used to prepare water borne resin-free pastes. It is suitable for water borne coatings and water-soluble coatings.

Features:

It can be used for the dispersion of various organic pigments, inorganic pigments, carbon black, titanium dioxide.

It belongs to the polymer super dispersant with excellent wettability, compared with the small molecule type of wetting and dispersing agent, it can prevent coarseness better;

With good viscosity reduction effect, the color paste prepared has good anti-settling properties;

The prepared color paste has good storage stability. It’s suitable for water borne resin-free pastes.

Applications：

It is suitable for water-based systems, water-soluble systems, etc. Recommend dosage:

Titanium powder: 2~5%               Inorganic pigments: 3~10%

Transparent iron oxide: 40~60%         Organic pigments: 10~40%

Ordinary carbon black: 15~40%         High pigment carbon black: 40~75%

2.The product should be kept in a cool and ventilated place and has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture if unopened.
